We’re a small business trying to build something fun, honest, and worth wearing.
So while we’ll always try to make things right for you — we also ask you to meet us halfway 🤝

🕐 5-Day Return Window

You have 5 days from delivery to request a return.

We move fast, but don’t worry — if you’ve reached out in time, you’re covered.

✅ Eligibility (The Basics)

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All tags intact

  • In original packaging

  • Order proof handy

Try it. Flex in the mirror.
Don’t take it out for a full workday test run 😄

Share:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Images (if something’s off)

If it’s a holiday or we’re slow to respond, no stress —
👉 we’ll consider the first time you messaged as your return request date.

💸 Return Charges

  • You pay ₹60 for:

    • Size exchanges

    • Other return requests

  • If we messed up (wrong/damaged item) → you pay nothing

🚚 Reverse Pickup

  • We’ll try to arrange a reverse pickup

  • If your area isn’t serviceable, you may need to self-ship

(We promise we’re not being lazy — logistics in India keeps us humble.)

😬 Damaged or Wrong Item?

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

We’ll fix it. No corporate drama.

🚫 Non-Returnable (Just This One Thing)

  • Products that show signs of use beyond trying
    (You know what we mean 👀)

No long list of rules.
We just want you to proudly wear your thoughts — and we’ll do everything we can to make that happen.

🔁 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for size or color concerns.

Please reach out within 5 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

(Quick heads up: exchanges depend on stock availability — we’ll always try our best.)

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund processed within 5–7 business days

  • Credited to your original payment method

For COD orders:

  • Refund via bank transfer or UPI
