We’re a small team working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Once you place an order, we get moving almost immediately.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

(Good things take a minute. We promise it’s worth it.)

🚚 Shipping Timelines

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other locations: 5–7 business days

Delays can happen due to:

  • Weather

  • Courier issues

  • Or general “India logistics being India logistics”

We’ll always keep you in the loop.

  • Free shipping on orders above ₹1000

  • Orders below ₹999 → ₹40 shipping fee

(We try to keep this as low as possible while making sure your order reaches you safely.)

Need it yesterday? We get it.

Choose our Ultra-Fast Shipping option:

  • Ships on the next business day

  • Delivered via air shipping

💸 ₹140 shipping fee

We don’t really recommend this — we’d rather not take extra money from you.

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is coming soon.

We’re currently setting it up — but honestly, this space has a lot of fraud and failed deliveries.
So we’re taking a little extra time to get it right.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp.

If it feels stuck or confusing, just reach out — we’ll help you track it down.

🚫 Failed Deliveries

If an order is:

  • Not accepted

  • Not reachable

  • Or repeatedly missed

The courier will return it to us.

For re-shipping:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply

📦 Partial Shipments

If your order has multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability.

No extra cost. Just faster delivery.

🌍 Serviceability

We ship across most of India.
If your pincode isn’t serviceable, we’ll inform you and process a full refund.
